Yeah but Maglor occasionally stopping by inns and listening to the bards sing about the First and Second Age. 

Maglor getting drunk then loudly correcting them and singing over them with cruder verses

now I’m thinking about maglor going around fixing inaccurate history texts

imagine him in elrond’s library muttering to himself and defacing everything in a bright red pen 

imagine how many times he had to write ‘it wasn’t celegorm it was his servants’
