He loses his name, his reputation, his friends, his wealth, all of them destroyed with every British ship that goes down, every British soldier and sailor killed in Thomas’ name

Idk I would have found that a lot more satisfying personally if Alfred Hamilton had lived to see the consequences of what he did.
