Ok everyone – here’s the deal. I’m at work today, and my job demands a great deal of my time, attention, and energy, so trying to do author appreciation day right now is not going to work. Nor am I going to be able to do it tonight – I’ve got social obligations that are likely to keep me occupied for about two hours after work. So – just know that I fully intend to rec the shit out of some people’s work, but I’m doing it tomorrow to keep the fun going. In the meantime though – it’s Author Appreciation Day! Go help keep your favorite authors writing their stuff by reccing their work, leaving comments, reblogging their posts – just show some love, friends, because honestly fic writers work hard for zero dollars and they get half the recognition of fan artists for the same amount of time spent.
