As to the feedback issue – I’m simultaneously taking comfort in knowing it’s not just me and saddened to see that so many other writers are facing the same problem. I’ve said it before, and so have all of us – there is a disconnect between the number of people who read fic and the number of people who leave comments. It’s why we treasure people like you who tell us what you liked and how the fic made you feel, so thank you so much for your comments and the support.
