Hey, I’ve read your tags about Miranda using the Bible quote to seduce a woman, and I was wondering if you’d like to write / talk about Miranda loving women. I totally think she’s into the ladies as well and I’d love to hear your thoughts about that! (What’s her type? Is she into gingers? Did she have any adventures in Nassau?) =)

😀 😀 :DDDDDDD

have you read my miranda/max fic? i honestly love the idea of miranda and max sleeping together and being friends with benefits and just having lots of fun together!

and i think that if miranda and madi could meet they would be THE BEST COUPLE, i just think they have so much in common.

i once wrote in a fic that miranda doesn’t really care if the men she’s sleeping with are idiots as long as they’re pretty, but i think with women miranda’s a bit pickier. i think miranda likes being the one in control with men, the one who can make men speechless and flustered. she likes men who are kind of shy and innocent-looking. but with women, she likes the clever ones, the bold ones, the worldly ones, the ones who can make her speechless and flustered. women who can match her in every way.

(she’s definitely into gingers! :D)

OKAY BUT CONSIDER THIS

Since you’re giving me the perfect set-up here, with wlw!Miranda loving gingers…

My favourite f/f crack ship: Miranda/Anne.

At first glance there’s nothing to bring these two together. But then consider Miranda, wasting away on New Providence. Her attempt to make James go to Boston in S1 is misguided and dangerous, yes, but born from a genuine desire to leave this stale, unfullfilling life behind. She loved Thomas, she loves James, and while one has been ripped from her, the other is slipping further and further into self-destruction in pursuit of revenge.

As we see in 209, Miranda herself is boiling over with repressed rage that never finds an outlet. She is deeply wounded and has been nursing this anger for ten years. James goes out and makes the world burn to deal with his feelings, while she remains sequestered away, living for the moments when he briefly steps back into her life. She isn’t afforded the same means of coping with her grief.

Enter Anne Bonny.

Imagine Miranda witnessing Anne Bonny, who snarls and rages and kills. Who lives outside the bounds of propriety, who never hides her disdain, who openly tells her partner she wants to fuck him whenever she feels like it, whose way of speaking out of the corner of her mouth is so downright unattractive bc she simply doesn’t give a fuck whether it’s appealing or not.

Anne isn’t the best role model for dealing with your emotional repression ofc, but just imagine how she would appear to Miranda: as this wish-fullfillment power fantasy. This perfect storm of unbridled female rage that doesn’t lock away her dissatisfaction but will find a violent way of letting it out.

And try to tell me that Miranda wouldn’t be attracted to her.
