I’ll be releasing one art print per day this week to raise funds for civil rights & activist organizations. The first is this 12”x12” five color screen print of “Snake & Mongoose”! 

One week ago today, President Trump reinstated the global gag rule to ban government support for international aid groups that provide counsel on abortion options. We also saw the introduction of the “personhood” bill in Congress which would define human life as beginning at fertilization. These are cruel, patriarchal attacks on our sexual agency and human rights that would force many women to bring pregnancies to full term at the expense of their dreams, careers, and health, or cause them to seek unsafe abortions. It would also strip vital health services from women in developing countries who have little access to birth control and health care, and who are vastly more likely to die from pregnancy and childbirth related complications. $5 from each sale of this print will be donated to the Center for Reproductive Rights, a legal organization that defends the reproductive rights of women in the US and around the world.
