hi! I was just curious, what ships do you ship in Black Sails? Obviously you ship flint with the hamiltons based on your awesome fic, but I was wondering if you ship anything else?

Hmm. I’d say that I ship most of the canon ships with a couple of notable exceptions, which is to say that I’m not actually fond of Vane/Eleanor or really any of the canon pairings involving Eleanor. I’m not sure who I do ship her with, but none of the relationships she’s had so far have really struck me as good for either party, although she and Rogers could potentially be good together with a little more development. I do ship Silverflint – particularly during Season 3, after they’ve stopped lying to each other. Max/Anne is adorable, as is Anne/Jack. Vane/Billy could have been/is a good pairing in a lot of ways, as is GunnBones. SilverMadi has potential but I’d rather see them as bffs. Oddly enough I’ve been known to ship Silver/Thomas. They’re more alike than I realized once I started writing both of them – like separate sides of the same coin, and of course they could co-president the “protect James at all costs” club!
