Etymology: From the unattested Greek

ἐξλογοστάσις (exlogostasia) via ἐξ- (”out [of]”), λόγος (”word”, “speech”, “oration”, “story”), and  ἵστημι (”I stand”, “I raise up”, “I establish”, “I weigh”)

E.g. “The writer’s exlogostasia at the first sight of a comment on their work surpassing even their own hopes was what gave them the courage to go on.”
