Im tearing up a lil bit

This is exactly how I felt. These are the exact same thoughts I had while watching the film. There was a moment, when they were discovering the lines, when I went, “Wait, there is no love interest.” It was this HUGE ping in my brain: They’re just focused on their mission. That’s the whole story. And it was a revelation. I never expected to have this reaction, ever, but this movie is truly special. It really is. I’m so happy for all the young girls who won’t have to wait 25 years to experience a story like this.
