JC so now I know why there’s a post out there that has a middle initial for James: ‘Lieutenant James E. McGraw.’ !! HOW DID I NOT NOTICE THIS?!

This is taken from 2×03 when Miranda comes to visit him unexpectedly. As soon as James moves from the door and grabs his shirt, he steps back to reveal this…his naval coat and an I-don’t-know-what-that-is hanging beside it, with his almost-full name on it, including the initial ‘E.’ Eustice?? Eugene?? Edward?? I don’t know, but cool.

…Honestly it has to be ‘Edward.’ I can’t think of another ‘E’ name that would suit him.

Or Ethan. Or Evan. I like James Evan McGraw.
