- Catnip – Relaxing, helps bring deep sleep
- Chamomile – Calming, relaxing, keeps away bad dreams
- Hops – Relaxing, brings peacefulness
- Lavender – Soothing, relacing, eases headaches
- Lemon Balm – Relieves stress, anxiousness, nervousness, insomnia, headaches
- Rose Petals – Brings warmth and love
- Rosemary – Brings deep sleep, keeps away bad dreams
- Sweet Marjoram – Calms restlessness and nervousness
Use any or all of the above ingredients – in dried herb form – in a sachet the color you associate with rest, peace, and sleep. Sew a sleep sigil into it if you like, and add a sleep spell or prayer if you wish. Place near your bed or under your pillow to help you sleep.
Additional tip: don’t use too much rosemary, as it will keep away bad dreams but give you really vivid and or weird dreams to replace them and you’ll feel like you haven’t slept.
